Can an agent find the intended product?
Commerce execution assurance · Magento / Adobe Commerce
Only an inspection of your own store establishes it. Magento / Adobe Commerce supports configurable and complex product types, option sets and large catalogues, which is exactly where exact product identity becomes difficult for an autonomous buyer: the item an agent believes it selected and the item that reaches the cart are not automatically the same thing.
CRAB publishes no Magento-wide failure rate. It reports the commerce outcome it could evidence on the store it inspected.
CRAB follows the buying journey itself and reports each stage as READY, PARTIAL, BLOCKED or INDETERMINATE. Findings are deterministic and tied to captured evidence.
No synthetic score. CRAB does not issue a 0–100 readiness score: a critical commerce failure cannot be averaged away by unrelated passing checks.
Independent verification. CRAB does not implement or remediate what it inspects. You implement; CRAB verifies.

A Magento / Adobe Commerce store can expose structured data, feeds, agent protocols and machine-readable interfaces and still fail when the exact product is purchased. Protocol support does not prove a correct commercial outcome. CRAB verifies the outcome.
Getting something into the cart is not success. Getting the right product into the cart is. CRAB does not treat a sibling SKU, a wrong size, a wrong colour or a wrong edition as a successful buying journey.
